A chill, no-drama raid team that clears content, has a good time doing it, and keeps the same core of friends through every name change. We do not want to suck. We also do not need to be the best. The horses stay. The names come and go.

We have raided together under four banners now. Most of the core has cleared every tier since the first week, and somebody's orange parse is literally stuck to a fridge in Elk Grove. We take killing bosses just seriously enough, and nothing else seriously at all. Lok'tar.
Who we are
A raiding guild on WoW Forever built around a core that has been together longer than some of our alts have existed.
The short version
We are a two-night raid team. We show up prepared, we clear the tier, we laugh in Discord, and we go to bed at a reasonable hour. Nobody gets yelled at. Nobody gets carried either.
The guild has worn a few names. Each one came from a joke that got out of hand and stuck for a whole phase. The people did not change, so eventually we picked a name that said that out loud.

- Be on time. Invites at :45, pull on the hour.
- Be prepared enough. Know the fight, bring consumes on prog.
- Be a horse. Pull your weight, help the herd, laugh at the wipes.
- Loot is a tool. Gear goes where it kills bosses fastest.
- Forever means forever. We do not reroll guilds mid-phase.
- Strength and honor. We play Horde. We act like it.
Guild lineage
Someone printed an orange parse and put it on their fridge. The name wrote itself. The fridge is still in service.

The name on the icon. We never actually said goodbye.

Calls the pulls, builds the comp, posts strats before every new boss.

Requirements
- Able to make most raid nights (Tue / Thu, 6 to 9 PM Pacific). Life comes first, just let us know
- Know your class and show up ready. We are not a parse guild, we just do not want to wipe on farm
- Discord with a working mic
- Pre-raid BiS or a clear plan to get there
- Addons: RCLootCouncil, DBM or BigWigs, WeakAuras
- No ego. Able to take a joke and give one back
How trials work
- Apply using the form. An officer replies in Discord within 48 hours.
- Chat for 10 minutes on voice. Not an interview, just vibes and logistics.
- Cadet period. You raid with us as a Space Horse Cadet for a couple weeks so we can see if you like us and we like you. Full loot eligibility from day one.
- Promotion to Race Horse. Welcome to the stable.

Five council members vote in-game through RCLC. Every award is exported after raid and published on the Loot page so anyone can see who got what and why.

Life happens. Post in #absences when you can't make it so the raid leader can plan. We track attendance so everyone can see it, not to hold it over anyone.
Expectations
- Consumes on progression bosses. Farm night, do what you want
- Know the fight before the pull. Strats are posted in #raid-strats and on the page
- Nobody is grading your logs. If you want help with your numbers, ask, there are people here who love that stuff
- Sometimes the comp means someone sits. We rotate it fairly and nobody takes it personally
- Wipes are funny. Keep them funny

Code of conduct
Short on purpose. Be a decent person and a prepared raider.
Behavior
- No harassment, slurs, or bigotry. Instant removal.
- Keep politics and drama out of guild chat and Discord.
- Disagree with officers in DMs, not in raid.
- Treat trials and pugs like members.
Raid
- Be online and invited by 5:45 PM PT.
- Post absences in #absences when you know.
- Bring consumes on progression nights.
- Follow the raid leader's call during the pull. Argue after, ideally with a joke.
Loot
- Honest RCLC responses. Gaming the system is a one-strike offense.
- Council decisions are final for that item. Appeals go to the loot officer after raid.
- Do not ask for loot in raid chat. Ever.
Guild bank
- Take what you need for raid, deposit what you farm.
- Requests for crafted gear go through the bank page.
- Selling guild bank items is theft.

What server and faction?
WoW Forever, Horde. Server name goes here once chosen.
What timezone?
Pacific. Raids are 6 to 9 PM PT. Most of the core is West Coast, some are East Coast night owls.
Can I bring alts?
Yes. Alts get the Pony rank. Sunday runs are alt-friendly.
I am not a raider, can I join?
Yes. Pasture rank is for friends and family who just want a good guild chat.
Why horses?
Nobody fully remembers. Something about a space horse and a fridge. It stuck.
Who is Whitney?
We did it for her. That is all you need to know.
Do I need to be attuned?
Before your first raid night, yes. Sunday attunement runs exist for this reason.
How do I get bank access?
Race Horse and up can withdraw consumes. Ask a Wrangler for crafted items.

Automation roadmap
Goal: nobody hand-edits this site after raid. Each of these is a Worker route plus a small D1 table. All free tier.
Loot tracking
Source: RCLootCouncil CSV export. Officer pastes it, Worker dedupes by RCLC id and writes to D1. Loot page and My Profile read from it. The parser already exists in src/worker.js and the preview version runs on the Officer panel right now.
Progression tracking
Source: Warcraft Logs API (free, needs a client key). A Cron Trigger on the Worker runs after each raid night, pulls the guild's latest report, and marks any new boss kill with its date. Zero hands. Fallback: officer button on the panel.

Source: same Warcraft Logs report. Anyone in the report's fight list was present. Cross-reference with signups so "signed up and showed" vs "no-show" is visible without an officer doing anything. Shown on Roster and My Profile.

Discord OAuth. Officer rank comes from a Discord role, so promoting someone in Discord promotes them on the site. Unlocks signups, My Profile and the Officer panel. Route stubs are in the Worker.

Source: guild roster addon export (or Discord roles). Paste on the panel, or a tiny addon that writes a SavedVariables file an officer uploads. Keeps class, spec and rank current.
LaterSignups to Discord events
Create raid events in Discord and have the Worker mirror them to the Events page via the Discord API. Signups on the site post back to the Discord event. One source of truth.
